En arrivant nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux, j'ai Chantale comme représentante service incroyable et elle connaît vraiment très bien ses produits, finalement j'ai acheté une belle fifth wheel. Au service Janick elle est vraiment efficace les gens qui travaillent à l'arrière sont très compétent et très gentil... je suis arrivé sur le fly comme on dit j'avais un petit problème avec ma fifth wheel ils m'ont réparer ça sur le champ,, grâce à eux je n'ai pas perdu ma fin de semaine de camping. J'aime bien aller faire un tour...

Jai apeller un peux en panique car mon rendez vous pour hiverniser ma roulotte etais le 29 oct et je vois la temperature tres basse les nuit javais la frouste pour mes tuyau alors jai decider dapeller pour m'informer comment le faire moi meme et le fameux patrick ma rapeller et ma expliquer tous les etapes bien clair comment le faire et quoi vraiment pas oublier a faire ! Serieux jetais vraiment content merci beaucoup !il aurais tres bien pu dire attendre mon rendez vous ou tous simplement pas me le dire car je leur fait perdre de largent!mes non aucunement merci beaucoup sa fait 3 roulotte que j'achete la depuis 2022 et toujours un tres bon service !

Très belle expérience service hors pair. Je veux en profiter pour remercier la demoiselle au comptoir des pièces et son technicien qui est venu me donner les bonnes directives afin de changer mon convecteur moi-même. Il m’a même écrit les bonnes directives sur papier. Grâce à ses bonnes directives le tout c’est super bien passé. Sans ses directives j’aurais sûrement tout fait sauter car j’étais certain que le fil noir était le négatif et dans le système 12 volt c’est le contraire le noir devient positif et blanc négatif 🤷🏻‍♂️ J’ai compris pourquoi au comptoir de la caisse les dizaines de méritas au meilleur commerçant de l’année 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
